Death is a very real and likely event to happen in Minecraft. Whether it is at the hands of a creeper, of drowning, or falling, or even hunger, is up to you. You will likely die several times while playing Minecraft and at times you will lose all of your diamonds that you spent so long mining and you just might want to cry.

Wood Blocks can be smelted into Charcoal. Charcoal is equivalent in uses to Coal, but is much more efficient. Also, if you throw an Ender Pearl (by right-clicking) you will be teleported to wherever that pearl lands.

Food has always been a very important part of Minecraft. Before, food would instantly increase the number of hearts you have. Now we have even more types of food and the hunger bar. Food no longer increases your health, but increases your hunger bar which can, if high enough, increase your health. Here is a quick tip on brewing.
If you have any hope of brewing some potions, you will need to go to the Nether. First of all, you will need a blaze rod to make the brewing stand, and then you will need to find nether warts, a crucial ingredient to all potions.

I was thinking that despite its simplicity to me, other people may like to know how I build all of the underwater domes so that they can make one. Now I have no idea if anyone actually wants to make one, but if you do I think you should try out my method because it works well for me. It isn’t a perfect method, and it does take some time (maybe even a few lives, too), but it works.

I’m sure a lot of you think this might be a stupid tip, as it seems so common sense, but there are people out there who have no clue how to find the folder, or even how to install texture packs. Before Beta 1.9, a sword was a sword. You couldn’t do anything to make it stronger or last longer. All you could do was use a different mineral. But with the release of 1.9, came the addition of one of the coolest blocks ever: the enchantment table. Using a table, one could make a sword of unbelievable power, a pick with strong mining capabilities, and armor with super protective strength. Minecraft entered a new realm, one where players no longer had to fear the night, and where PvP servers were ruled by those with the best enchantments.

Texture packs are nice ways to fix certain textures that you may not like in Vanilla Minecraft, (ahem Armor), and customize them to your liking.
